Well this is not a contempo I am putting across here and neither its a 'just-out' one.

It was around the same time last year in a music shop when I had this fish ogle scene with a pair of blue eyes and I was just not able to blow lines on this incident..

That sheer force was mesmerizing!!!

We had a quiet but a long talk and it all ended with a silence :|

P.S. It was at the Dubai airport. She was headed for Heathrow and I was headed for India. :P :

With deep seated thoughts,

loneliest night of the week,

vivid mental images,

I walked an empty street.

Dark were the shadows,

deserted were the ways,

my mind so cryptic,

I was just cursing those days.

Grim rainy weather,

I felt as if I am done,

I pinched my right arm,

my feelings were so numb.

The cloudburst suddenly poured,

crushed with grief and sorrow,

I looked in the mirror,

only to see the dark tomorrow.

A chill went through my body,

I thought of the moment again,

I was so heart broken,

dejected, dismal, insane.

A ray of hope,

enlightens my heart,

when I think, I live for the present,

I forget the future, I forget the past.

I searched the whole world for a friend

only to find in the end,

that the person I was trying to locate

was my soul mate.

I couldn’t see because I was too blind

that this person I was trying to find,

was right there in front of me

a truer friend there never could be.

Because we sometimes don’t at first appreciate

how valuable our friends are,

lets not wait to search the globe

when all the while we have the best,

or until our eyes are opened

when our friendships put to test.

Love is like a butterfly in so many ways.

It brings a bit of sunshine even on gloomy days.
It makes our souls feel lighter just to know it's there
Giving our spirits wings, as if floating in the air.
It carries us to places that we never knew before
And comes in many sizes, shapes and colors galore.

Once we've seen it, we wish to hold onto it so tight
But like a frail butterfly, we must allow it free flight,
For if we should try to cage it and hold it in a pen,
We'll surely crush its wings, and it'll never fly again.
